Altman enlists Flagg's help in selling his parents' home in Aspen, CO but when news of a change in Flagg's employment leaks, all hell breaks loose. Back in LA, Heather asks Bobby for advice about seeking partnership in The Altman Brothers.

On the season finale, Josh and Josh seek an elusive waterfront property for a difficult client in Newport Beach. The whole family including Altman's parents join the duo for some fun in the sun. Later on, Heather officially asks her husband and his brother Matt for partnership in The Altman Brothers. After months of the Joshes working together and succeeding in closing almost $40 million worth of properties, will they decide to take their partnership to the next level or head their separate ways?
