Lazy Bender ad infinitum
sarkozila4 October 2015
Warning: Spoilers
The Professor's new dangerous invention, a duplicator gets out of control thanks to Bender, who has a terminal case of the lazies. He somehow manages to self-replicate with the duplicator inside him. A chain reaction of Bender copies are threatening to consume the Earth. First the booze runs out, then all water gets transformed to booze by impossibly small Benders. With every human drunk a giant arrives on Earth and begins to destroy New New York.

This episode features the last episode of "The Scary Door" on the actual issue about robots replacing man. The two montages about Bender and his copies are well placed breaks. Also the "You're so ugly joke" fans will have a treat in this episode, in the ugly giant plot.

This episode with two plots can seem to be hurried, but it's funny and it's definitely not boring. It's one of my favorite episodes and I think it's underrated on IMDb.

Good and yet bad

This is one of my favorite episodes because of the dialogue. The storyline kinda sucks but the dialogue is epic.

Bender is my favorite character in Futurama, and when the world is overrun with Benders, it was very funny. Good Bender episode.

Benderama is a great episode. The jokes aren't the best, the storyline isn't the best, but it all comes together to make a pretty good episode. I do like the many benders all creating mayhem throughout the episode. I think it gets pretty creative with Benders running out of alcohol, and then making alcohol from the atoms in the water. Until I realised...

IF THEY EAT THE ALCOHOL RIGHT AFTER CREATING IT, THAT MEANS THAT PEOPLE ARE DRINKING BENDERS!

I think that that's a kind of missed opportunity. It doesn't matter though. The episode does get a little weak towards the end when they fight the monster, but it is a great episode after all.
