Goofs
When they had clear warning that those flying dinosaurs are going to attack the city in 12 hours, they had enough time to go to some bunkers or at least hidden under the roof of their houses so that flying dinosaurs don't grab them. But they were all roaming in the wide open that lead to so many calamities.
