- A dying mother is seen breast feeding her child we see glimpses of the mothers breast, nothing sexual.
- A man is forced to open his pants by the protestors, he was wearing only underwear and his upper body was covered, and a knife was brought near to his crotch, scene was hardly a few seconds long.
- Not nudity but a pregnant woman's water broke.
- A man grabs another male's privates in aggression, both being completely clothed and camera focussed on their faces.
- The protesters ripped the clothing around the chest area, initially presuming the individual to be a girl. However, upon seeing the flat chest, they quickly realized it was actually a boy. There was a split-second moment where it felt like they had torn the clothing of a girl.
- Besides other inputs, in two scenes, life saving mouth to mouth breathing is shown between doctor and aged woman and 2nd time to a little girl. No sexual depiction. Sensibly shown.

- The series is based on the 1984 Bhopal Gas Tragedy, there are multiple real life footage of people dying, multiple people are shown dying of inhaling the toxic gas, very intense and graphic details throughout of people dying, people are shown vomiting blood, ending of the show is extremely upsetting and intense.
