This first episode in season 2 of Zak Bagan's series "Haunted Museum" was a repetitive and muddled mess that did not create the atmosphere it was going for. The melodramatic and lacklustre acting did not help matters. I had just seen it all before. It was as if they crammed in a lot of different clowns just because they are considered scary in a horror setting. Well, they weren't. The pace of the episode was too slow with a lot of walking around and looking bored. It certainly wasn't very "horror", more like a YA scary story. The set design was overall terrific, as was the premise of the story. And the finale was very good in its intensity and visuals. It almost weighed up for the preceding events, but that's probably because I was so aching for more horror.

Honestly an amazing put together first episode. It was a bit predictable and the acting occasionally became a bore as well as not we'll preformed but I do still belive that it was and is still worth all the love as well as the positivity. It had pretty good jump scares for the most part. Great creativity with the characters, settings and theme. Had me and my family on the edge of our seats towards the end of the show. The end "clown" had to of been Zak himself and I have to find out if it actually was.. if so,, he was absolutely amazing during the last few shots and we are all very impressed...or maybe he was the old guy in the museum. All in all I loved it, waiting for more spooks!
