"This was a bad idea"
skteosk24 April 2010
Warning: Spoilers
The Toadie/Steph/Libby/everyone else plot line continues to irritate. Toadie's dogmatic "We're doing this for Libby" is starting to feel very much like self-deception and the whole thing comes across as a bit cowardly. He ends up putting a guilt trip on Libby for not believing Steph when...she's lying.Worryingly, it is beginning to look increasingly likely that they're going to go down the route of actually falling in love, which would be even more tedious than the fake relationship they've got at the moment.

Donna experiences a nightmare first day at school, with Kate and Declan offering little support. The shrugalero emergency seems a bit badly plotted and her lecturer originally comes across as a bit self-opinionated although she softens later.Sarah makes a surprising and welcome reappearance after her extended cameo last year, although she seems to have become more confident and bitchy and the plot line seems set to keep her apart from Harry.Making a surprising and unwelcome reappearance at the end of the episode is Saffron, a thoroughly dull character who is unlikely to offer us anything except more of the same.
