- Jackie sleeps with Eddie again, then finds a new drug score.
- Jackie sleeps with Eddie at his apartment and tells him to stop seeing Kevin. Posters with Dr. Cooper's face are plastered all over the city, much to the disgust of Jackie and Dr. O'Hara. Jackie treats a female Iraq war vet with PTSD. Dr. O'Hara's ex, Sarah Khouri, comes to town and they're back on. With Eddie and the Pill-O-Matix becoming less reliable sources, Jackie finds ways to get pills. Eddie ignores Jackie's request and invites Kevin out. Jackie allows Fiona to have a fake cast on her arm for her birthday.—Showtime Publicity
- Jackie lies in Eddie's bed as he brings her coffee. She says something about her kids then catches herself, saying she shouldn't talk about it out of sensitivity for Eddie's feelings. He asks for more.
She tells him about Grace's sleepover tonight with Caitlyn. Eddie asks about Kevin. She tells him he has to stop hanging out with Kevin. He offers her a couple pills but she declines, saying she's there because she likes him, not the drugs. He wants more than like.
Back at home, Jackie kisses Kevin hello. She realizes she forgot to pick up the movies. Eddie texts her.
Fiona races into the kitchen and Grace's friend Caitlyn trips her. Jackie doesn't see it, but is wary. Fiona blurts that she wants a cast for her birthday. Then Caitlyn calls Fiona "retarded" and asks her if she still wears diapers.
Jackie stops Caitlyns and looks at her hard telling her to "shut the f--- up."
Jackie runs for the Easter stuff in the basement -- her pills stash. It's empty.
Jackie watches the girls watch movies and worries. She tells Kevin that Caitlyn is not a nice kid. She watches as Caitlyn almost flicks Fiona.
Jackie walks down the street and passes a bus stop advertisement for the hospital with Cooper's face that says "If looks could cure."
An edgy Zoey attempts to rouse the troops for a motorcycle accident.
Cooper bandages the arms of a patient who announces he needs to go No. 2 and can't wipe. He calls Jackie, who calls Zoey who calls Sam. As Sam tends to him, Cooper points out he asked Jackie to do it. Sam says she has a trauma coming in.
O'Hara oversees the motorcycle accident victim who is beat to hell. She's upset to be alive. Zoey sees a tattoo that shows the woman is in the service. Jackie tells the man waiting for her that she has a ruptured spleen and that's not good.
Jackie intercepts a drug rep wandering where he shouldn't be. Sje brushes him off but then he hands her lots of samples of new pain drugs, which she pockets. She pops a couple in the bathroom.
Zoey brings Jackie the chart for the woman with the ruptured spleen, then goes into a weirdo babble. Jackie alerts her that she's being weird and asks if she's actually taken a pregnancy test. Zoey claims she doesn't need to, she knows her body.
Mrs. Akalitis installs a cut out of Dr. Cooper in the lobby. She tells him they're each worth $286 and vandalism will not be tolerated. O'Hara comes over and notes that they're not exactly life like, but smaller versions of Cooper which displeases Cooper.
When Cooper goes away, O'Hara's news reporter girlfriend Sara (Julia Ormond) drops by. They're clearly happy to see each other. They demand Jackie join them for lunch, where they tell dating war stories. They're clearly still very into each other. O'Hara gets paged that there's a man with an arrow in his chest in the ER (she notes that apparently a medieval war has broken out).
Back in the hospital, it turns out to be true. A rich drunk guy shot an arrow from his balcony. Lenny, the paramedic who's smitten by Zoey, tries to ask Jackie about her. She shuts him down. Cooper drops by to see the arrow.
The guy who's been hit keeps saying something is brand new. Turns out he's talking about his lung. He's a transplant recipient
Cooper sits droopy faced in Mrs. Akalitis' office. Pan over to show one of his cut-out standees, on which someone has written "I grab boobs."
Thor tells Zoey he can cover her maternity shifts if she can cover his vacation. Jackie talks to the motorcycle accident woman's husband, who can't believe she survived overseas and got hurt here. He says she hasn't been the same since she got back. He bought her a Ducati to try to cheer her up. He thinks it's his fault.
Zoey prays in the hospital church. She sees a pregnant woman leave. She tells the Virgin Mary she's not ready for it.
O'Hara comes out of surgery and tells a very gloomy Jackie that the motorcycle woman didn't make it. Zoey ruins the somber moment by rushing out and cheerily shouting "Bleeding!"
O'Hara's reporter girlfriend consoles and sensitively interviews the victim's husband. Zoey exalts in miracles.
Kevin calls Jackie to tell her he's going to play pingpong at Susan Saradon's new club -- with Eddie.
Jackie's about to leave when Zoey stops her to tell her the rich guy who shot the guy with the transplanted lung sent his driver in.
Jackie goes to talk to him, starting off a magnificent rant. The driver interrupts, saying his is aware that boss is a total dick. The charges against his boss were dismissed; he's connected. He sent his driver to get his arrow back.
Jackie goes out to his Mercedes, one of 15 of a certain kind ever made. She uses the tip of the arrow to "key" it, all the way around. The driver watches with approval, pointing out that she missed a spot.
Eddie and Kevin play ping pong at the club. Jackie joins them, popping pills on her way over. Kevin goes for beers and Jackie asks him what he's doing. He says he's hedging his bets, if she lies to him again, he'll tell Kevin everything. When Kevin comes back, she kisses him with great inyensity for Eddie's benefit.
Back at home, Jackie puts a cast on Fiona for her birthday. She's thrilled. But, she tells her mom, "nothing's really broken."
