While Jack announces that he can only see what Meredith sees, before William confronts Keene, Jack is looking at his monitor with both William and Meredith together, from a third perspective. This frame could not be possible if Jack can only see through Meredith's eyes.
Around 45 Mins: When John is talking to Lisa (the receptionist) a man is seen in the background walking into a booth. In the next shot the is seen again walking into the same booth.
Around 46 Min: Lisa places her handbag (purse) on her right shoulder as she is stood behind her desk. Next shot, she does the same again as she is walking from behind the desk.
