- A woman is killed with axe offscreen, but we do see blood splatter.
- A young woman in a wheelchair has her leg and foot cut off with axe. Tons of gore and blood splattering everywhere. Very graphic
- A man has a trophy impaled through his mouth and it pierces out through his neck. Very graphic and disturbing
- A woman has her face burnt on a stove. Her skin melts off, very graphic
- A woman has her nose melted off with a hair straightener very graphic, gross and gory not for the squeamish and hard to watch we later see her melted face and nose on the floor for a few seconds with some blood seen on her face

- The janitor is stabbed in the back with a broken mop (a bloody hole is seen), before having his head squeezed into a bucket with a strainer this whole scene is EXTREMELY graphic and bloody we see chunks of blood go out the strainer and into the bucket
- A dog's dead corpse is seen gory (the dog is seen split in half and we see his insides)
- A woman is strangled by headphones and has her eye ripped out with a pen graphic and gory and gross and hard to watch we see the eye on the pen as well as the retina may be disturbing to some
- A woman has her throat cut open with a paper trimmer lots of blood is seen and she coughs up blood then she is completely decapitated with the paper trimmer and her head goes flying into a trash can
- A woman is seen with a pair of scissors in her eyes very graphic and gory and hard to watch
- A man has his face burned with coffee and melts his face off before being impaled through the mouth with a bass guitar
- A man gets a plastic bag over the head and is suffocated to death not gory or graphic but still disturbing

- A woman is hit in the stomach with an axe we see the bloody wound and we see her cough up blood then then the man continues hitting her and a chunk of blood and more blood hits the wall this scene is EXTREMELY bloody and gory
- A man has his arm chopped off by an axe very graphic and bloody we see his dismembered arm on the floor before he dies of blood loss
- The killer has his jaws knocked off before his face is melted on a hot sheet of metal before his head is completely split in half with an axe and he dies very bloody blood splatters everywhere
