A very insightful documentary showing the future of resource management with an every growing population

This documentary provides a great amount of information about the upcoming changes and problems that will occur on our planet in the very near future if we as a whole population do not address some current problems. It provides a great look into how our ever increasing population will effect not only our space but our resources, and food supplies. The documentary discusses how only 1% of our water is actually usable and provides different views to how we consume than many people think of. It gives alternatives that are also currently being used in some places as a means of solving this problem. Not only this but how populations that will exponentially grow in places such as sub Saharan Africa will play into water consumption as well. In addition the direct relation to how we have done a great job of modernizing the agricultural industry but can only take it so far is also discussed in the documentary. The film does a great job of comparing and contrasting how we have been able to get through these things on a smaller scale so far while still showing the problems that will arise in the very near future that we will not be able to control once the issue has already set in if we do not begin to work on a plan right now. Overall it is a great documentary that everyone should watch so that they can have a better understanding of how important our population growth is as well as how much resource management is going to play a role in our very near future.
