Ciara takes charge, whilst Aidan gets further and further into trouble, debts pile up, and an adoption meeting adds major stress. Meanwhile, Swedish Detective Tuva Pallson arrives at the very time a bag of meth washes up on the shore.
An enjoyable second episode, it builds on the story from episode one, and introduces new character Tuva Pallson, who I assume is going to stop at nothing to bring the drugs gang down, speaking of that gang, they really are a trio of nasties.
A few bits of Irish humour, but pretty bleak for the most part. The ending was very dramatic, maybe not quite edge of the seat viewing, but pretty good.
Aidan really is the most awful guy, he really doesn't mind who he cons, even resorting to cheating his own mum for gambling money, he's the one that's caused the whole nightmarish situation.
7/10.
