This episode gives us a more in-depth look at the robbery in the first episode by showing us the other side and the person who was robbed. The result is an episode with more backstory and less Vi and Powder. Overall it is a good episode that does a better job than the first of pulling the viewer into the story and the larger world. I just there would have been a little more for Vi/ Hailee to do. But you gotta start somewhere.

Another solid entry!

Thought this episode was great again! Was nice to see a big focus on Jayce this episode, as well as the Academy. The Hextech stuff could've been explained a bit better/faster, although still it's all visually stunning! Still, the highlight is the family dynamic between the sisters and Vander. Overall, another solid entry!
Might be the best animated shows of all time

I understand it's a little early and it only has couple of episodes... but League Lore has so much room to grow and the 150 something characters could be all interconnected like in MCU. I'm so excited for what's your come.
It's so refreshing to see the characters I play in League come alive. There is really nothing to criticize.

Wonderful

The animation style of this series is best described as taking 6 buckets of paint, throwing them into a 10,000 volt transformer and stepping into the electrical blend of colors to be engulfed in the sheer awesomeness. As you adjust to this dynamic animation, you wilk see a story of an inventor, an underworld crime boss.
I love the fact that this show is amazing regardless of whether you've played league or not

If I'm correct: Councilman Medarda's character design was made with a collab with FentyBeauty, and they are gonna work together throughout the season. Really gotta appreciate when animators and artists get textured hair right. Ekko is so damn cute with his little fro. And yes, The facial animation in this show is incredible,. The biggest influence seems to be from Dishonored series of games. Even the use of the word "Arcane", which doesn't exist in the League of Legends Universe, but is the name of the developers of Dishonored. Almost like they wanted to give a shout out to them. The first time you watch this show, you could say the first two episodes are "good" but not like "whoa amazing" but trust me, as you keep watching you're gonna see why these first two episodes were necessary and they become way more relevant. Yes, the stuffed rabbit was the one that had been thrown into the power lines. She retrieved it to give to Powder as a goodbye gift. Yes, Vi was the one that contacted the enforcers. Vander saw the rabbit when Powder was sitting at the bar, and realized that Vi was up to something. Can't wait for the next one.
First two episodes were great

Greetings from Lithuania.
First two episodes of "Arcane" were great. I'm not familiar with source material which this series is based on world building and story telling were so good that it wasn't confusing to watch. Animation is great and pretty unique, story is very interesting, dialogs were great and directing is superb as well as music.
I'm intrigued after first two episodes and will definitely continue watching it.

This show is so great at introducing characters, and this one introduces more prominent characters that are very important. I think this is weaker than the 1st episode, because overall I like Vi and Powder more, but this is still so good and I can't wait for what's coming next.

The pacings a lot slower and it's certainly one of the weaker episodes of the series, but nevertheless it's still enjoyable and interesting. It sets up the tension between Heimerdinger and Jayce well, as a classic tale of wisdom vs naivety. The episode also lacks as it doesn't give much screentime to Powder and Vi, who are the most interesting characters of the series.
incredibly compelling.

I literally clicked on this show completely unknowing after watching three minutes of a "Critical Drinker Recommends" on Youtube and stopping before the spoilers.... Had no idea what I was in for.... and I was blown away by the first episode and the second episode crushed my heart.
Waiting for my soul to be destroyed at this rate.....
What am I even watching?

Poor Jayce! They were so mean! This episode was amazing. This was a very funny episode. Viktor is such a great guy. He helped Jayce out with no reason to! When the council had to vote, the animation was amazing. The entire roof closed up, and the lighting effects were awesome. The emotion on Jayce's mother's face was so genuine, I thought for a second I was watching a live action show. The animation work is truly incredible. This episode started to build up to the greatness of the next episode. It is getting good! By the way, this episode contains some of the best quotes in this series, like the "Don't ask for permission" one fromm viktor, and "Nobody wins in war, Vi"
Another good episode
