Due Diligence

I enjoyed that this episode both showed that Ingrid has excellent abilities to find & process legal materials, and she also has a cut throat edge.

People might take offense at the moral ambiguity toward the end of the episode, but it brings two conversations front and center: if this was an ambitious man, breaking no laws, doing the best for his client, would you be so offended? And also, is part of the offense due to it ruining the trope of the perfect Asian woman (ambitious, but only in carefully defined ways)?

Murphy's character gets a bit of a softening here, too, though he's still a rogue. Funny how I thought it would be the other way around in episode one, but now I see her shaggy haired live in is a "good," while Murphy is the one I no longer trust.

Didn't write about the last two episodes because I'm absolutely Binging this show.
