- A man is shot in the back of the head by another man, with the bullet entering the occipital region and exiting the left crown, showing a brief spray and the entry wound. He wanders around stunned before noticing blood drip from his temple, then collapses and dies.
- There is a confrontation between a man and two others. One of them unintentionally loosens out his tooth with a punch, and he responds by beating them briefly. Some blood is quickly seen.
- A man accumulates minor scrapes to his cheek and chin, both elbows and both knees as he chases bike messengers in several scenes.
- We see an injured man on a messenger bike with blood on his leg and elbow while hunched over the handlebars in pain.
- In the credits, there is a short scene of the aftermath of an actual bike accident the film's star actually experienced during shooting and he shows off his real bleeding injury from that collision.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- A man interrogates another by rattling his broken rib(s), causing him to scream out for a second or two.
- All the bike couriers weave headlong through heavy traffic and there are occasional collisions that leave them battered.
