- lots of violence and gore a guys arm gets sliced off blood sprays everywhere
- A man is hit by a propelled gas tank and it smashes him against the wall, his head explodes. Shortly after we see a couple shots of his headless neck squirting blood. We see his headless body clearly again in the scene.
- Acid is poured on someone and melts their face. This causes one of their eyeballs to pop out of their head. They pull the eyeball out, drop it and step on it.
- Someone's eyes are involuntarily removed for organ sale.
- Someone has their face and body in barbed wire. The barbed wire is hooked up to a turning machine. This person is slowly torn apart as the barbed wire is tightened. This is a pretty long, disturbing sequence.
- After being knocked out with a drugged dart, someone wakes up on a surgical table with their chest already cut open, their insides exposed. Shortly after someone else cuts out their heart (while they are alive).
- A man is shot in the face, graphic.
- Someone has their eyes removed but is still alive. There is an extended scene of them fighting someone else with their eyeless sockets clear the whole time.

- While alive, someone's chest is cut open with a scalpel and the skin is separated with a medical device.
- Someone's wounded chest is stomped on several times and then their head is slammed against the concrete floor until they're dead. The back of their head is visibly damaged.
