We see real protests and bloodied dead bodies, which can be disturbing to some viewers.
Columbia goes into a panic with police roaming the streets and windshields shot as they hunt for Escobar. An interviewee also discusses the danger he was in with tensions so high surrounding Escobar, and there's mention of a bomb threat.
We also hear from family members who lost fathers because of Pablo Escobar. This can be emotional to some, but the overall message of the movie is forgiveness and burying the sins of the eponymous father.
