decent superhero concept

Superhero movie from a different angle.

The overall making of the film felt like having been made with a very low budget but still, the superhero concept with correction limitations and the selection of artists was done very well.

The overall film is watchable for sure but due to its sluggish screenplay, it felt like watching a drama in a few places which could've been easily avoided.

The wrong selection of heroine and villain was the worst thing in this film.

The film doesn't disappoint as it has the right mix of commercial elements and things that would make kids also watch it.

This is one of Aadhi's good films.

This should Neither be viewed as a Superhero Film nor as a Supernatural one but as a Film that showcases Absolute Grit and will.

It is a Children Friendly Film but not a Children's Film.

There is a clear Distinction.

Just Like Anime.

The Social Message was on Point.

Hope other Films follow Suit.

Novelty: What sets "Veeran" apart is the way it intertwines Science and the Supernatural. The movie provides a compelling explanation for Kumaran's newfound abilities, bridging the gap between the Fantastical and the Scientific.

Director ARK Saravan expertly balances intense action sequences with heartfelt moments of emotional depth, creating a dynamic viewing experience that never fails to captivate.

SFX: The VFX in "Veeran" are stunning, seamlessly blending the supernatural elements into the real world. The lightning effects are visually pleasing to look at even in 2D, hope other films do the same and use visually stunning VFX that are of higher quality.

The Fight Choreography could have been done a little better with those beautifully captured Arc Shots (360° Degree Shots).

The Songs were Subtle and Background Score were perfectly in sync with the Visuals. Especially the one with Dhruv (R Badree).

Casting: The protagonist, Kumaran, portrayed by Hiphop Thamizha Adhi, brings an authenticity and vulnerability to the character. The Glares and Stares while donning the "Veeran" Attire was Note-Worthy.

The Antagonist Dhruv, played by R Badree, the acting was effortless.

The Priest, (Uncredited on IMDb / Wikipedia), was Phenomenal and emotionally convincing as an actor.

The casting choices in "Veeran" are almost impeccable. Each actor brings their A-game to the screen, delivering powerful performances that leave a lasting impact. The chemistry between the cast members is palpable, adding an extra layer of authenticity to the relationships portrayed on screen.

The Comedy Elements though Extremely Enjoyable could have been toned down a little bit at certain parts.

Conclusion: Without giving away any spoilers, it's worth mentioning that the movie takes an unexpected turn, introducing a fascinating historical element that adds depth and richness to the narrative.

The inclusion of this aspect opens up new avenues for exploration and leaves audiences eagerly anticipating what will happen next.

Epic borefest!

This movie is too boring right from start to end. All characters behave like dumbos and doesn't even think a little bit. The only clever one in the entire village seems to be the protagonist who gets struck by lightning when he's 15 and immediately goes to Singapore for treatment.

He receives superpowers when he's just a kid and doesn't do anything till he's all grown up. But all of a sudden, he starts using it when he's back tk his native place, Veeranoor.

Don't get me started on the intentions of the villain, the electric cable, it's dangers and all the scientific mumbo-jumbo, because it's all trash and feels like written by a 10 year old.

Talented actors like Muneeshkanth, kaali Venkat are reduced to mere caricatures with absolutely no importance.

The songs and music are a dud, the action choreography is a dud, the dialogues are a dud, the story isn't original, the CGI is a dud and overall an epic borefest which makes you fall asleep within the first 30 minutes.

I wonder why do people make these kind of useless movies.

Awesome movie

A must watch movie.

Concept of the movie is very good. Loved all the characters. Hiphop tamizha did really well in the movie and his supporting friend.

Mainly loved the character of R Badree (Villain Mr Dhruv) He really did a fantastic work. Mind blowing acting. Specially the dance part was super awesome and full entertaining. Did watch his Bollywood movie also '83'

Comedy part of the movie was also great. Each and every part of the movie was great.

Apart from that tha Music of the movie was really good.

Full entertaining movie.

Waiting for SECOND part of this movie with more spices.

Hope to see a great battle between Tamizha and Badree.

Cringe and unfortunately only one time watchable

This movie is a copy of Minnal Murali. The movie was very lagging and you know one thing, don't believe anyone telling that this is superb. This movie is very kiddish and the jokes are rubbish. And this cannot be a good superhero movie and the villain was like, just came for 5 minutes or 10 minutes in the film. The movie is literally cringe when you come to watch it. Except Hip-hop Adhi acting and Narayana-Perusu comedies, you know, this movie was nothing compared to the English superhero movies which are far more better. I can't believe that many people tell that this movie is very superb. This is just my opinion.

First flawless Tamil superhero movie

When the Mallu movie doyens can create a Minnal Murali, "we too can" said the Tamil movie industry flawlessly sketching the Veeran. Fantastic entertainer, I am sure kids will love it too, which can be seen in the reviews of others. Hats off to the team and producer. Every producer should encourage such directors and so called big directors of the Tamil industry who fail to entertain the mass need to learn from such new comers. ARK Saravan kudos man! Hiphop Adhi keep giving such good movies.

Tamil industry needs to cope with the Mallus, you know why they always win..... they never "take it to their head", simplicity and most importantly the purpose of the movie.

Tamil industry is polluted with mania.... celebrity mania, big budget mania and what not.

Every actor or director think themselves as demigods and move to celebrity status after one hit.

At the end of the day "It's just your profession."

Best Fantasy Film.100% Satisfaction after watching this film . Something Special & Heart Touching. The Village Frames are Fantastic Captures . All Locations and Graphics are worthy.nice feel thank u HH and Director. Kids also like this film. And it was nice experience. Hip Hop Tamizha Acting was fabulous. The Story and getup was well suit for him. Comedy is the top note in this film .Munishkanth and Kaali Venkat was playing their role perfectly. Their Comedy scenes are just Awesome. Comedy scenes are 100% working. All character in this film are well designed. All playing his role perfectly . Thank u.

Good Direction and Good Story.

*Everyone performed very well.

*I once remembered our KANNADA Industry's movie called KANTARA.

*Children's, Youngsters, Aged persons, and small village, within this a small story cached everyones interest.

*Story of some history is interesting.

*Some of them will get dream like this, but no one will explore, only we have to watch during tough situations.

*We have to do Pooja daily by remembering God, only trust will carry us.

*We are eagerly waiting for veeran 2 , I think story will much more interesting.

*Tq for beautiful movie.

*Best of luck for upcoming movies.

Very funny and entertaining

Very very good comedy, really shows how people in villages to science they don't know about and how the protagonist had to use a god angle to get them aligned to protest for their rights. There are some logic flaws and cliches but hey it is a superhero movie. Hollywood movies show more BS than this and we accept them. Really loved it and LMAO watching it.

The kongu language gives an extra element to the humour and brings back nostalgic memories from our childhood. Hip Hop Tamizha has proved himself once again as a good chooser of an entertaining story. His music does create goosebump moments in a few areas. All the actors have played their part really well.

I like Hip Hop Adi a lot.

So I went to the theater for this movie with high expectations.

Although not as good as I expected, this movie was pretty good.

Apart from that, this is the first time in my life that I am going to the theater for a Hiphop Tamila Aadi film.

My personal opinion is that even though the story of this film was very ordinary, the way it was shot made us all enjoy it.

Me and some brothers went to this movie and they also enjoyed this movie very much.

I really appreciate and congratulate Tamilnadu Adi who has risen to the level of acting in a film after uploading ordinary YouTube videos.

Superhero movies fusioned

This movie is a unique try by Adhi and co. It is one of its kind! A def watch! There are ofcourse flaws, it doesn't matter! Such movies needs to be welcomed! Amazing work. The side characters acting dumb for everything is too much of an exaggeration. This alone takes our people back to bad and knows nothing kind. Making people in the village dumb is really a bad way of potraying the community. Otherwise, the movie, screenplay, graphics were top notch! Using all the epic bunch from Nakkalites and Seesaw youtube channel gave a new dimension for the movie. A wonderful and appreciative movie. Its a def watch!

Good Movie of Indian village with Fantasy Actions

In times when violent crimes are glorified in movies, where every other show and film is gloomy, showcasing immorality (even though it's not widely prevalent in society), negative movies are being pushed in large numbers in our country,

'Veeran' is a breathe of fresh air.

Innocence, positive thoughts and good will is showcased. Respect to elders, positive & enlightening showcase of Hindu culture is also reason that mass majority loves Hip-hop Adhi.

Beautiful village and good message taught to preserve our lands And not give in to greed.

Visual effects are great. Fight actions are nicely done!

All in all great movie to watch with family & friends.

Excellent movie selection Adhi ... U gave matured acting performance in this movie . Gud team selection everyone done gr8 work so gripping. Hereafter show this type of performance in every movies Adhi . Tamil cinema need young actors like u . Director hardwork effort wins.... Excellent output came only becoz of teamwork ... Need adhi as hero in coming movies please ... He s too gud in acting nowadays... No clumsy no extra scene very neat and clear story to watch need same team in another movie small small comedy in this movie works bgm super love u all hardwork never fails it's simple story movie but all acted very well .

I believe Veeran is a great movie praising our Local village dieties or our kaaval daivam... its a need of the hour movie... Beliefs on our protecting dieties were slowly deteriorating, this small effort by the movie team is much appreciable.. I feel this movie is underrated... What a mix of comedy, emotion and story... well executed movie... actors have done their best... I too enjoyed the movie along with my kid... Please make your kids watch this movie, I am sure they will enjoy... Also, make such good movies which the entire family can sit together and enjoy. Movies on our culture and tradition without hurting sentiments are rare these days.. so please continue with good job.

Best superhero movie in tamil

It's a very good fantasy film. In tamil, we havent had such believable superhero scripts. Fab making, production value. Bgm is thundering. It's much better than Minnal Murali in my opinion.

Negatives: It feels a bit long, some comedies were not interesting as they expected, HH Adhi's acting remains average, especially in serious scenes. This would have been a much better film with actors in the likes of SK, Ashok Selvan. Adhi still looks so young like a college student so that makes it difficult to believe that he's a superhero and his expressions weren't great.

Some scenes were cliché, but all superhero movies have a similar storyline so that's fine.
