not a bad harem anime if thats your thing...

its not really mine...in fact, this is the first one like this I've seen...i thought this was going to be an action/ecchi, possibly similar to Freezing...its definitely not...

Natsuru wakes up one morning to find that HE is now a SHE, with a cracking body and big jugs haha (there is sooo much they could have done with this angle!)...anyway, he gets attacked by a gun-toting psycho, and eventually finds out that he is a Kampfer (German for fighter, why German u say? its anime, don't question weird stuff that doesn't make any sense!), and that only women can be Kampfers, which is why he is one, but he reverts back to being a guy after the fight stops...anyway, he meets a few other Kampfers and they all want him, but he only has eyes for Sakura, but is she all she appears to be...

one plus for this is the excellent animation/production values...the version i saw had censoring, which sux, but its really an ecchi/romance/comedy, with some light fighting (no blood at all), and reasonably interesting characters...not bad, but not really my scene...

I like gender bending series but this one didn't become the best for me..

I was really dissapointed that this series wasn't at the top of my list because it was good but the whole story line and probably the fact this was an ecchi didn't match its way to success. Not that I have anything against ecchi but this one just didnt turn out well. Even at the beginning of the series, it was so confusing on how or even why Natsuru became a superhero woman in the first place. We see that Natsuru and the other girl ( whom i forgot her name and can't find it anywhere on the internet) together have stupid stuff animal toys as sidekicks who shows off their intestines like seriously, this isn't "Tokyo Ghoul" in kid version here.

I agree with some of the reviewers here that it should be rebooted and have a proper story-line to it or even do a live action film without the stupid stuff animal toys as their guides. They really irritated me by their poor designs tbh and I'm not one of those people thats sensitive to seeing guts but it just looked rather lazy in my opinion.

This series would've had the potential to have been a good watch but I have to say, I'm giving this a 6/10 just because it needs a lot more TLC added to it...

I love gender bending movies like Just one of the guys ,hot chick, she is the man. The main reason these movie work is the comedic movement when man act like a girl or a girl like a man. The big problem with Kampher is the main character's personality is like an average girl. He is shy and cowardly. So he when he changes into a girl , he acts like a perfect girl. Then there is the fact that every female in the anime is a lesbian or bisexual and openly fights to woo the female version of the main character. Since I am OCD about completing Anime I watched the entire 13 episode hoping it will improve. No, it became more absurd and stupid

The series ends with the main characters swapping bodies with stuffed animals, the animals running out try to boink the bad guy, the main protagonist shacks up with himself and then the villain turns into Santa and throws the main characters (still stuffed animals) of a flying sleigh. I'm serious.

If you don't take that episode seriously it's still a show where two teams are supposed to fight each other (key word being "supposed") but instead end up groping one another and fighting over the main's penis. In that ending the bad guy literally is upset the plot isn't progressing and decides to do something about it. I'm not joking. It's half and hour of butt and tease.

Has Great Potential !!!!!!!!!!!!Reboot???

The anime had great potential , i was going to give it 8/10 even after all those bisexual women , main character's lame accent(not much but episode 11 onwards i felt like i lost respect for his character as i thought he will atleast avoid kisses as much as he can ).

Well there is also the point where MC is so madly in love with Sakura such that he doesn't care if he dies for nothing for her .Well let's ignore that for now.

The episode 12 was ridiculous , it can't even defeat any of the ridiculous logic anime scenes i have ever seen. No explanation for the final couple .I would ship them now that i think about it , but no explanation behind it. The specials called episode13 and episode 14 were , idk why did they even make it ?. One of the main reason i liked the anime was because of Natsuru's female character design and Shizuku ,and yes i lost my whole respect for Shizuku in episode 13 where she just takes lead on Sensou in very high pace which is not her style at all. Episode 14 also worse . I read few manga chapters to know the ending ,it seems even the MC's accent is better.

First off the only reason it didn't get a 1 star was cause it does the fan service well but other than that its just ugh awful.

Basically the MC like all cowardly prude current MC's is supposed to be a makeshift basement dwelling loser stand in otaku so there of course its designed to be the absolute worst of the worst in humanity. Right off the bat its clear as day the mc is a cowardly pathetic ball-less loser forever virgin but this one takes it to like a freakishly all new high level. Its sickening beyond belief... usually you have an mc that has at least fighting skills or bravery but this mc doesn't even have that him turning into a girl is actually fitting since it matches what he is on the inside to his core. Every action he makes is absolutely absurd and radiates the whole i'm a chick vibe even when in his male form. Of course even in his male form he lacks and form of balls what so ever. Then he is attracted to his next door neighbor but of course of much of a coward to do anything in like forever. Its sad AF cause even when he finds out she is the enemy he stil fawns over here despite her trying to murder all his friends like a desperate basement dweller loser.

Then you have several overly attractive chicks that are all powerful chasing after him for no reason in fact the opposite. The MC of course being an idiotic delusional otaku and only wants the chick who doesn't want him therefore every single intimate situation he turns in mega coward man and will half kill himself just to get away from something that any non-loser male of the reward would dive head first into and its not funny at all it just comes across as really really sad and any actual man watching it will just shake their head in shame and disgust. The entire show is this rinse repeat and this again and instead of the mc growing he actually gets worst all the way to the end of the OVAs.
