Greg Kelly, who was awaiting trial the end of the documentary, was subsequently found not guilty on 7 of the 8 charges. The one count on which he was found guilty resulted in a 6 month suspended sentence. His defense appealed asking for complete exoneration. He is now home in Tennessee.
