Diego Peretti is a fantastic actor that usually does great work. But every rule has an exception.
His acting in this movie is histrionic, unconvincing, all over the place. And he's not the worst part of this movie.
The actresses are doing some truly awful work, especially Carla Quevedo. Some of the scenes make it look like acting is not her profession, but a hobby she picked up recently. It seems clear the director either wanted to make a parody, or didn't care much about the final product.
The script is atrocious, rehashing old tropes from far better horror and suspense movies. Do yourself a favor and watch The Shining instead.
