I started watching All or Nothing Manchester City one but was bored just after 2 episodes since there wasn't much struggle there with them since most of those players were really good hence knew their jobs but this the Arsenal one is a breeze of Fresh Air.

This is more like a movie with a lot of emotions and ups downs, the real struggles of a young coach with a big brain but limited resources hence a young squad which also isn't perfect but gives it's best from time to time. I'm really not an Arsenal fan but watching Mik Arteta carrying this young team to progress is a sentimental thing for any football lover. The way he handles his squad and pressure is phenomenal.

The ambiance and cinematography is superbly done. You feel like you're part of their journey. I still remember the whole season and back then I had no idea what this team and manager went through. Mik has obviously learned from the best and applying that cool calm tactical football theory slowly into these youngsters. I hope they contend for Premier League this year as this squad and manager deserve that trophy one day.

You don't have be an Arsenal Fan for this, just watch it if you're a football lover. This DocuSeries is the best among the others and will make you fall in Love with Arsenal and their manager.

I'm a Chelsea fan and i want one for my team

It is exactly what you'd expect if you've seen the Man City or Tottenham one. Gives you the best insights and behind the scenes as possible. Impossible to miss if you're into football.

Great documentary about Arsenal but...

To see behind the scenes is always fascinating and although I've always thought highly of Arteta as a footballer I was so pleased to see how he is as a manager and a family man. To see that Saka is not just a talented football player, but at the end of the day a young man with all that entails makes me sympathise with what happened in the penalty shootout (I blame Southgate). However I was shocked to see that no mention was made of the fact that racists attacks following his unsuccessful penalty almost all came from outside the UK and it was only a handful of idiots in England who were identified. English football is a meritocracy and only the best can play for the top teams. Consequently the best of the best play in the English Premier League wherever they were born. As a result players in Arsenal are from everywhere and are loved by all supporters. By the way contrary to what the documentary implied most Arsenal supporters are white so it's surprising that most supporters interviewed and featured were not white!? Anyway I still think it's a superb documentary even though it's a bit misleading. Still it is the CURRENT YEAR.

Best all or nothing yet

I really enjoyed the Tottenham all or nothing but I found the Man City one a bit boring as they always won and there was no turmoil for them in that season really so you didn't see how they reacted to negativity against them. The Arsenal all or nothing is the best by far. Good to see what goes on in Arteta's head and how the players react to him. They are still such a young team & if they can stay together they will accomplish great things.

Very insightful documentary and such a great watch if u are interested in what's going on behind the scenes at a football club! I was surprised to see how much work there is and how it's sometimes nothing like the media tries to betray.

There is something very special happening at Arsenal football club and Arteta is at the heart of it. As I read Stuart Jeffries very bias review in the guardian I am somewhat stunned how the guy is still in a job! His main head line is Mikel Arteta is like a supply teacher out of his depth! Well you know what I give your review mate, zero out of ten. He talks of a team in decline comparing them to Everton or Aston Villa with the words no offence, added in lazily! This guys review is so distant from the truth he should retire from writing with immediate effect. In fact I doubt he even got to episode two; where we see the fight back after some very tough opening fixture. The fight back comes against none other than Tottenham Hotspur's. To some degree, you'd think a man employed to review in a top uk paper would have to be seen as neutral. However we don't read this in Stuart Jeffries review. Today is the beginning of the 22/23 season and I'm looking forward to see how Mikel Arteta does with what I regard as finally his team. How Mikel will take Arsenal back to the promise land and prove Stuart Jeffries wrong!

So everything or nothing starts off extremely tough for Arsenal, they begin a season without both Lacazette and Aubameyang; not mentioned in Jeffries review by the way. They start away to a newly promoted Brentford, followed by Chelsea and then titles winners Manchester City. What is evident is this is a very young Arsenal team with plenty of passion. It's a team that is to win stuff in the future and be much more than a mediocre team. The bond between the players is touching at times alongside the introduction of Aaron Ramsdale. Ramsdale was the victim of much abuse when first joining the club, whilst Saka suffered racist abuse early on from missing a penalty for England. There is some heart felt moment in Ramsdale's opening game, not only was his family present it was also Arsenal's first win of the season. Ramsdale managed a clean shirt and pushed the boys forward in the games to come. Three of the back five defenders had been new signings with Mikel Arteta adamantly trying to get them on the same level.

This is a behind the scenes look at the goings on of this historic football club. We get interviews with Josh Kroenke on how they have only really had full control of the club since 2018 and how he has high hopes of putting Arsenal back where they once were. Thierry Henry is insightful discussing how young players of today have so much pressure of what come before them, yet how different football is today. Kinda like it's not about being the next me, but the next you. This documentary is everything an Arsenal fan could hope to see behind the scenes. Once more maybe, just maybe Arteta has what it takes to get this club winning big things again! I'm looking forward to referring back to Stuart Jeffries review on how out of depth Arteta is; because hasn't he already won a fa cup? If anybody is out of depth here it's you Stuart! Overall all the all or nothing series on Amazon have been great to watch, whether you support them or not.

When a 25 year old fan says its the worst team he has seen in his short life, when people issue threats to Aaron Ramsdale, a young man in his 20's, when you see the energy the manager puts in and the passion that the players have you realise as a fan you think you know all but in reality you know nothing.

The documentry gives a fantastic insight into the personal and mental challenges those within the club face.

Not as much insight as I'd hoped for

Yes this series is a good insight into a very interesting season, however some of the best parts of other All or Nothings are the clips where the manager and a player talk 1-on-1. We don't get very much of this in this series, with most interviews being formal questions directed from the producers of the show.

I was hoping to get a lot more insight into Artetas tactics. It is a shame because in most of the clips there is a whiteboard with player markers, but for some reason they never really (apart from maybe once or twice in 8 episodes) show Arteta moving these about or explaining a gameplan to the players before a big game. This is extra disappointing given a lot of the players talk about how good he is tactically.

This series for me felt limited to being mainly just motivational team talks, either in the dressing room or at a team meeting. If you're an Arsenal fan I'm sure this provides some very cool behind the scenes content, however for me it fell short of the sort of tactical insight I had been hoping for and seen in other All or Nothings.

So good honestly!! Such a joy to watch even though it goes through the hard points, you still see the players and managers reaction to everything; essentially you see that they are humans too. I love Mikel Arteta, I love Arsenal and this really made me happy!

Your Arsenal

I watched two similar series of this type, following the fortunes of a top football club in an almost fly-on-the -wall style over the course of a whole season, only both were on Sunderland F. C.. Both those seasons turned out heartbreakingly for the Makems and so it did also for this run of programmes on North London's finest, Arsenal.

Arsenal of course have a proud history of being a highly successful club down the years including fairly recently, under the managership of the legendary Arsene Wenger and players like Henry, Bergkamp and Wright. However, in the previous two seasons the side had only managed to finish in eighth position and so miss out on qualification for the prestigious and money-spinning Champions League. This season they have recruited as their manager, the highly regarded but comparatively inexperienced Mikel Arteta, a former player at the club who had been the assistant coach to the hugely successful Manchester City, Barcelona and Bayern Munich boss Pep Guardiola. No doubt the Arsenal board were hoping that Arteta had proved an apt pupil and was now ready to take his new side back up the league and hopefully into the top four.

The season of course did not begin well for them as they lost their first three games with their fickle fans already screaming for Arteta's head. Gradually though he and the team turn things around so that by the end of the season they end up with a great chance of earning that prized Champions League spot. Along the way there was a huge internal controversy over Arteta's treatment of the club's errant star player and captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

I really enjoyed the series just like I did those concerning Sunderland but felt it didn't go into as much depth as I would have liked. For example, regarding the Aubameyang furore, the player himself never gets to give his point of view and Arteta himself doesn't give much away either. I guess sometimes what happens in the dressing room stays in the dressing room, but it was frustrating to learn so little about this most high profile of stories about the team.

Otherwise we are treated to the usual dose of soft interviews with players, some interaction with the club's obviously dedicated fans and insight into the team's training and match preparations.

What I enjoyed most however was firstly being allowed into the team's dressing room before during and after matches and secondly getting almost literally up close and personal with Arteta himself who doesn't hide away from the cameras whether the team wins, loses or draws. During almost every match pep-talk, his voice is strained from no doubt shouting instructions to his team from the touchline and you really feel his love and passion both for his team and the game itself.

Things I didn't like were the awful rap music used as the theme and musical background throughout and also the complete lack of attention given to any of their competitive rivals. I for one would have been interested to hear even a little from fellow managers like his mentor Guardiola, Klopp and Conte, to name but three.

As I write this, Arsenal are top of the Premiership and are now being considered as actual title challengers. Whether they can sustain this especially against the seemingly unstoppable Man City of Guardiola remains to be seen, but I must admit I was won over to their cause after watching this series and really wish them well this year.

The worse All Or Nothing yet

Arsenal and Arteta come out of it OK, but it's so annoying to watch... the theme tune is awful, the narration is distracting, the constant clips of pundits giving their 'opinion' is pointless, even the Arsenal fans they interview Pre & Post game are banal in their opinions, and oh my God, does Ian Wright have to appear in every show on British TV?

The scenes with the players and the staff are all mostly interesting, although the canteen scenes appear a little staged..... And does Arteta have to say the F word 20 times an episode? Arteta is the star of this show, at one moment totally sane, then after a poor first half he'll go into a hilarious rant, that works more often than it fails.

Good old Arsenal, I'm proud to say that name.

This doc series oozes the class instilled in the history of AFC and doesn't varnish over the issues we've had/continue to have in the current era.

Of course it's going to seem like an endless PR vehicle - haven't all the others?

One thing's for sure - Uncle Arsene wouldn't have signed up to this in a million years.

I have been a gooner for 26 years and been through ups and downs. This documentary is one of the ups! It is very, very interesting and I think it connects fans to the team even more. I like how fans are involved in it and especially hearing comments from Andrew Mangan (Arseblog podcast) and Elliot Smith (Arsenal Vision podcast) that I listen to all the time, it makes the Arsenal family feel super connected. The honesty and openness from Mikel Arteta is however the best, what a hardworking, intensive and passionate coach and human being he is!

The speech from the club photographer was sensational, absolutely loved the idea from Arteta there.

More addictive to the Arsenal

Nothing but RESPECT&LOVE to this team.

You feel what football is all about in this documentary, I have had ups and downs with my love (Arsenal<3), questioning myself many things, but this documentary reset my believe in the gunners.

I feel i'm in 2001 again, I believe and I know, this will be the start of many championships.

With Mikel Arteta, we are going back to the top again.

Once a gunner, always a gunner <3.

Loved every second of this documentary. I wished we could have got some more information regarding why we didnt sign a striker during the winter. I also didnt see much of Pepe. Loved to get a different view of Xhaka, Arteta etc. Great to get to know them outside of the pitch.

Watching this has been the better ones of the Premier League teams so far. Arteta's passion and drive to make the club back to where they once were is a something incredible to watch.

I'm not an Arsenal fan but this has been a great insight, and can really see Pep has really rubbed off onto him.

Even as a massive Arsenal fan, I can't give a rating higher than 6 for this series.

It was good to see all of the behind the scenes with the manager and his staff, as well as the player interactions. No matter which football side features on a series of this show, the behind the scenes stuff is always the highlight.

But the constant small interviews and sound bites from over the top and ridiculously reactive fans (and haters of Arsenal) was just too much in the end. It did not represent the opinions and emotions of the average Arsenal fan around the world.

The only fan interview that was balanced and constructive was from club legend, Ian Wright.

They used sound bites from popular youtuber and Chelsea fan, Rory Jennings, who has publicly admitted he dislikes Mikel Arteta and naturally hates Arsenal.

So why Amazon would think a Chelsea fans opinion on Arsenal is relevant to the Arsenal documentary is quite baffling.

If they stated who he was and his allegiances, then fair enough. But they mixed his comments in with real Arsenal fans for dramatic effect. It's really lazy stuff in all honesty and made a lot of the episodes seem like a circus.

Something that was out of Amazon's hands was the performances of Arsenal over the season, which can determine how entertaining the show is.

The Arsenal season had its up and downs, but it was essentially a decent season from an above average squad. So the game itself didn't really add much entertainment value to the series.

But as the title suggests, it is still worth a watch if you're a football fan. Just don't be surprised if you lose interest after a few episodes.

Times have changed

First of all, I want to emphasize, that I hate criticizing Football Managers, because everybody does it and their heads roll first. But that gets tossed out inflatory in the last years.

Yes, this documentary is pretty close and also shows us the deep dive into how Arteta works and how the players work. How the pressure is on every matchday and even the drama is something, I don't mind. It is part of football and that is why I love it.

The only thing, that really bugs me is the comparison to old times. Yes, they say that it was a different era. But not why. I think the series is keen on not to expose the new money from middle east asia coming in. As an example, they are saying, that arsenal paid 150 million quid in one transfer period in total... Bro, that's what Man city paid for one player only. So yes, Arsenal belongs to the top half. But in no way does it have the budget as it used to. The squad is nearly 300 million less valuable then the top teams in the League. Money does eventually win in the end. Unfortunately. And this is something, I want to see in the series as well.

Missed opportunity

I have watched almost all of the all of nothings (all of the spurs and city ones) and really enjoyed them and I am a fan of none of these clubs so I am not biased. However, I felt this was the worst one, there didn't seem to be much hope or story which I know they can't do anything about cause it is real life but maybe they could have framed it better.

City was good as pep was extremely interesting and the squad was fun and going for the title.

Jose conversations with delle alli and Danny rose were something we don't get to see as fans.

But this one glazed over auba issues which was a shame and was not very deep. Most of it was interviews etc rather than listening to what they are saying and doing when they are relaxed and not acting for the camera.

Even the Sunderland one was better in my opinion as that was extremely behind the scenes from a running the club perspective.

Still worth a watch but I was a bit disappointed by the lack of real insight.

Just a sad, sad, sad corporate video... Complete and utter nonsense. A shameful display of an over-edited, vacuous, anodyne, bleached narrative, corporate sanitised, faux drama, company pr video driven sielay of complete and utter nonsense.

A really good show showing how the manager and the stuff really trying their best to get the best out of these young players.....The manager handle it very good

For a manager to manage the youngest squad in the league will always be a tough challenge.... Arteta really show even he's still early in his managerial career, he shows that he capable of being the best manager In the future.... These Arsenal young squad finish in the top 4!! Imagine after another 2 or 3 years more under their belt.... They will explode and can become the Premier League Champion...Arsenal Football Club future is in the right direction and credit to the board/owner for sticking with Arteta and give him time and support ....The project look very bright and in 22/23 season , I think arsenal will be the dark horse In the premier League and they will achieve something very big this season...

The Best Documentary Ever Made

If this doesn't win an Oscar there needs to be an enquiry. Engaging from the start, I'm very much looking forward to the next season when I'm sure Arsenal will win everything.

The only thing that seemed to unbelievable (and made me check it wasn't fiction) was spurs didn't spurs it up at the end. But I'm sure they'll revert to form at some point in the future. I'm fairly sure colour TV wasn't invented the last time they won the league.
