The Film Mickey Never Came Back is by far one of the best short films I've ever watched. I come back to the film time and time again to watch it again for the plot. The film is so masterfully crafted that each time I come back I find myself discovering new hidden messages woven within the animation and sound. The acting for the most part is on point with only a single moment I found slightly if at all bad. The sequel Mickey's Descent Into Madness only further elevates this already masterfully done craft. The level of effort put in shows the passion the director has with this film. Overall, one of the greats.
