There's a lot of anger in this episode, from the characters if not the writers.Both Declan and Zeke seem to be in Angry Young Man mode throughout.Declan has decided Steph's to blame for all his problems although he seems pretty angry with the rest of the world as well.Zeke comes off even worse, blowing up at his friends because he doesn't like the way they're dealing with things and treating Sunny particularly abominably in one scene.It's a good job Karl's on hand to help her out.The other teens get some good moments, particularly Donna's efforts to make herself cry and a nice scene with her and Elle.
We meet Elle's new boss who seems to be set to put pressure on her just like the last two did.Steph wallows in self-pity.Paul seems to have been handed a rather random script, spending several scenes doing nothing other than relaying messages from Rebecca.This storyline looks set to run for a while and it's going to take a lot of ability not to make it get boring.
