Anna Kendrick has played many iconic characters over the years. From starring in the Pitch Perfect films to working alongside Blake Lively in A Simple Favor and most recently starring in the critically acclaimed masterpiece that was Woman of the Hour, she has done it all. While all of these roles have gotten her great fame and acclaim, they cannot top the iconic impact that she had in The Twilight Saga.

These come on CD and vinyl, with the aforementioned Blu-Ray containing concert video as well as high-res 24-bit audio of the performances.

With a DC franchise and films from Christopher Nolan, Robert Eggers and the Safdie brothers under his belt, some people will still always know Robert Pattinson as Edward Cullen.

The actor, who made his breakout performance in the 2008 feature adaptation of Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight, had a recent fan encounter with someone who thought he’d gone into early retirement after the five-film franchise concluded in 2012.

In an interview with The New York Times, Pattinson recalled an airport employee recently asking him, “Hey, you’re the guy from Twilight. Why’d you stop acting?”

“I was like … ‘I’m Batman?'” he recounted. “She just laughed.”

Exclusive: Xavier Samuel and Sonal Sehgal have been cast to lead The Great Departure.

The film, from producer Arvind Reddy’s Kvr Productions and directed by the Camera d’Or-nominated Pierre Filmon, is currently in post-production having shot entirely in India. Sehgal wrote the script during lockdown, with the film originally titled Travellers.

Plot explores patriarchy in society through the prism of a man and woman who accidentally meet in Varanasi, and have very different experiences while on the same road trip as they fall in love. Samuel (Twiling: Eclipse) and Sehgal (Aashayein) star.

UK network ITV has ordered a local version of Banijay’s adventure reality series The Summit and will launch. a local version in 2025. Shine TV, part of Banijay UK, will produce the show, in which 14 strangers from all walks of life attempt to clip the rugged Alps of New Zealand’s South Island. The winner gets a prize of £200,000. The "Twilight" Saga is one of those film franchises that is so ungodly profitable and popular in the zeitgeist that even people who have never seen a single clip beyond a gif of Edward Cullen sparkling in the sunlight and declaring "This is the skin of a killer, Bella" at least know the general story beats.
