The 36th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards was an event of firsts, lasts and one very Big Bird. The Bold and the Beautiful won Outstanding Drama Series, ending the CBS soap's 22-year streak without an Emmy win. The awards show, held at the Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles Sunday night, also marked an end for Guiding Light, which was canceled after a 72-year run.
