Violence & Gore

Severe

Very bloody for a sports anime.
Baki breaks a guy's hand in a fight. We see his bones sticking through skin and it is detailed.
The whole movies is about martial arts and there is lots of fighting.
One man sticks his figures into the sides of a man's head and pulls out his optical nerves. Bloody. He theen walks out to the arena with blood dripping from his hands.
A man rips out Baki's nerves multiple times throughout the fight. Each time it's bloody.
Strong Violence, blood splattering, details of bones shattering in some fight scene (some x-ray scenes) and one character rips out the main character's nerve cords (may be disturbing).

Frightening & Intense Scenes

Moderate

There's a character who is able to cut a human's nerve cord with his own fingers. Which is shown a few times in this OVA, and may make certain people feel uncomfortable about imagining having their nerve cords cut.
