When Hannah is walking around and hears the chainsaw she is wearing a blue coat and no headband, but in the next scene when she follows the sound to Ben, she is wearing a different coat and a headband.
It is not likely that "sugar water" would be flowing at this time of year. The weather needs to be above freezing during the day and below freezing at night for the "water" to start flowing in the trees. In other words, spring.
When Hannah and Ben are having their glass-blowing experience, as the camera cuts from the stock footage of glass-blowing back to them, it's obvious that there is no actual molten glass on the end of the blowing rod.
Ben and Bridgette talk about the need to have two guides for the snowshoeing tour: one as the lead, for which Hannah volunteers Phoebe for; and one for the rear, for which Hannah volunteers herself and Ben volunteers to accompany her. On the actual tour, Phoebe does lead the group, but Hannah and Ben take the position right behind Phoebe, leaving no safety person at the rear, which is what Hannah and Ben were supposed to be.
