First on screen appearance of a Womp Rat, a type of creature first mentioned by Luke Skywalker in Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope (1977) and often confused with the smaller Scurrier (which was added to the Special Edition of A New Hope in 1997). Luke described Womp Rats as 'not much bigger than 2 meters', which indicate they can grow up to the size of about six foot six.
