- There's a brutal fight between Brazil and Flint, and both punch, kick, and use weapons. The fight ends in a standoff when both draw guns.
- A man's head is cut off. A large blood spatter is seen, and the man's head is clearly seen falling off and hitting the floor.
- A man's corpse is seen in an alley.
- A man fires a crossbow at another man while driving a car, but a sniper shoots the arrow and it hits a different man.
- A man shoots another man in the back with a shotgun (very bloody).
- A man shoots another man in the chest with a shotgun.
- Brazil fights two men in a kitchen. He throws a butcher knife into one's head (graphic), and turns the other's gun on him, shooting him twice in the stomach (bullet wounds not seen).
- A woman is seen after being killed. Most of her wounds are fairly obvious and there is a large amount of blood. This is a fairly unpleasant scene.
- A woman is seen being held down and repeatedly punched before being raped, although this is out of focus.
- A man beats a woman with a belt/whip while she cowers on the ground.
- A man has his throat slit. This is very graphic, and blood pours from the wound.
- In one scene, a man is tortured for information. The man's ear is cut off with a razor blade knife. They show part of his ear being cut off and then the camera moves away.
- A man throws knives into another man's back, killing him, and then then shoots several more men who shoot at him (graphic).
- Brazil brutally takes down a man in a hallway.
