- A couple kiss in bed after the woman gets out of the shower, they then make love, we see the husband take off his underwear briefly showing his bare buttocks, in close up they kiss as he thrusts and moans, but then their daughter yells from another room, and when the husband looks up he sees another man watching through the window.
- A young girl is found sleeping next to a drunk and nude couple by her mother.

- A child has her tongue cut off in front of her screaming parents. The scene is very graphic and unsettling.
- A couple is stoned to death in a very graphic and prolonged scene near the end of the movie.
- A young seemingly mute boy is yelled at and abused by his parent on multiple occasions.

Frightening & Intense Scenes
- While in the backseat of a car, a woman forces a mother to give her her daughter, while another man restrains her. The woman pulls out a pair of scissors, and in closeup, and graphic detail, she cuts off the young daughters tongue who then screams while blood spills from her mouth and she is pulled out of the car and taken away. The husband vomits while being beaten by the man driving the car, before they drive off without the daughter and the husband and wife scream in terror.
- A young boy is found drowned in some kind of tub in a shed, floating face down.
- A boy is said to make a certain crying sound because he doesn't have a tongue. Later in the film, we hear the sounds of a grunting adult man, creaking bed, along with that crying sound. The child is taken from the room, and when a character follows slowly after, he finds the boy drowned along with evidence that his daughter will replace him. The daughter has already been introduced to the man we heard.
