Peace is chaos, so you'll need to pay attention. It's a dark comedy centered around a group of four trying to get out of a mess with a cop and it goes on and on. Some refreshing outtakes, inventive dialogues, and overall charming cast performances made this 2-hour long fare a breeze for me. I loved the casual atmosphere of the film where characters discuss things like cow vigilantism, live-in relationship, and weed. We need more films like this. The climax irritated me a little and that's the major shortcoming of Peace in my book. But I do recommend this to anyone who believes Malayalam cinema doesn't produce inventive stuff.

Carlos played by Joju George was funny. You will laugh aloud at the numerous occasions in the film that he becomes panicked upon seeing the police. Siddique was entertaining to watch because of his super-cool dialogue delivery. Asha Sarath gets to do a role that is distinct from the ones she typically does. Inspector Dixon is a pivotal character, and the late actor Anil Nedumangad plays him. If the planned sequel materialises, it will be interesting to see who will take his place.
There are little bit upside downs but the film is very engaging. Laghed out loud😆 Joju's different outlook and character was soo hilarious. Loved the plot and cinematography was awesome. Siddique was also great.

The writing's use of black humour and the way everything is interconnected make the premise compelling. The part where Carlos tells the squad to act cool when the police catch them is what really grabs the viewer, and Joju's acting in that scene is hilarious. After the intermission, Siddique's character enters the scene, and together with Joju, they give the gang's ridiculous strategy a funny dimension. We were hoping for a fitting close to the story, thus the movie's ending feels a little abrupt.
This film is not everyone's taste, but these kind of films will be grouped as cult films for sure. Colouring was similar to double barrel. Comedies were way better than Lijo Jose Pellisserry's Double Barrel and Midhun Manuel's Aadu. Just simply watch and laugh. The subject and logic wont be acceptable for everyone. But all events are engaging and hilarious.

Revolving around a bunch of characters who jump in so many troubles one after other, Everything happens when they welcome a stranger on their way to a railroad station, the plot line of 'Peace' featuring Joju George, teases with the 'unexpected'. Within the later past, Mollywood has been churning out one or two of dark comedy movies. A 'Tharangam' and a 'Bhramam' can be later cases. Newbie Sanfeer's 'Peace' featuring Joju George, reminds you of the startling circumstances that the heroes of such motion pictures discover themselves in, indeed as they bumble and attempt to develop from the never-ending chaos.

What's fresh about this movie is the character of Joju George. Having seen him in several crime thrillers, including Joseph and Naayattu, it's nice to see him relax a bit and crack a few jokes. Asha Sharath has a charm that always draws her in . In Peace she has no baggage unlike her character in Dhrishyam. Instead, it provides her with an opportunity to show her humorous side. Shalu Rahim, who plays Gibran, is a revelation. He has his element in playing the character. It's clear that Mollywood has lost two gems of him, actors Pradeep and Anil his Nedumanghad, who perform very convincingly in the film. This film gave Anil Nedumangad more screentime than in any other films he has acted. Ramya is back with a bang when she meets Dr. She plays Angel, the ruthless and dastardly owner who will do anything for money. The Direction wmis on the right side and the amin highlight is cinematography and editing. Screenplay was strong and music was fitting to the plot. Overall a decent package of all thoughtful comedies and thrilling elements.

The plot isn't all that fluid in the first part of the movie, and you can see that there's a big attempt being made to look hip. But once the triggering event occurs, it succeeds in grabbing the audience's attention, and even though the events are a little out of place, the fun factor is present to keep your interest. Carlos, a drug dealer who sells marijuana to customers, has been in love with Jalaja for a very long time. Renuka, the daughter of Carlos, is in love with Gibran, a coworker. The family makes the decision to party hard the night Gibran confesses to Carlos his love for Renu. The next day, while a buzzed Gibran and Carlos are on their way to pick up Gibran's friend from the train station, something terrible occurs accidentally. What we see in the film are the results of that incident.

This cinema came as a complete surprise to me as there were no much auidience in the big screens. Have never seen black humour comedies in the way this film has imaged, but the climax had a sudden ending.
Recently haven't seen a black comedy movie like this. Especially the acting area of movie was so good.
All the characters except a few were acting so good that other legendary filmmaker's could not handle the acting department.
The Non linear connections of the characters is detailed and all the characters are well written. Asha sharath's character was the highlight in the film. All the women characters were portrayed in a sensible and bold way. Loved the approach. Everyone will not feel the same. Thats the humor in it.

Enjoyed siddique after so long... A laugh riot. The screenplay was at par but seemed to have lost midway..Second half was so engaging and i felt the climax sequence is really good and the making was new for the audience. The abstract climax made some audiences irritated. But definitely a great attempt.

Not everyone's cup of coffee, but definitely mine This film reminds me of Nalan Kumaraswamy's Soodhukavvum and malayalam industry was not capable of bringing it. The black humour really worked through out the film. Cant understand why audience are not convinced with the climax. Our audience has not dealt with abstract climaxes much!!
Malayalam industry lacks these kind of movies. Hats off to the guts and attempt. If it was a Hollywood movie, everyone would have praised it. The Direction of film is on a universal path and Sanfeer as a debutant director wins it. The colour grade and visuals are really stunning. Music was also good.

One of the best comedy movies from mollywood. The movie touches the comedy and emmotion at the right place at right time. The writing is brilliant with every supporting character having good arcs.
Supporting cast is really the magic here. And are the real foundation of ANY good movie. Another good point is, music has been kept minimal and not superimposed. This movie is awesome, I really liked it, so much comedy. Perfect entertaining movie .

The movie has done great work in all its technical departments especially the sound design of the movie was extraordinary they didn't even miss a minuscule detail. The first half of the movie moves at a medium pace and builds up the characters and encloses us to that area by its visuals and by the end of the first half the movie switches to a thriller mood with some good moments of thrill and suspense.
Overall this movie should be watched in the theatre because the technicality of the movie demands it. Moreover, Peace deserves it.
First and foremost, great work. Comedies and bgm is superb. Joju is Superb.

Just laughed out loud in the theatre like any thing. This is one of the best edge to seat funny thriller movie. All actors done their role really well. Joju george, Anil nedumangad, Remya nambeesan, Mamookoya , especially ssiddique great performance. Music by jubair elevates each moments. Climax is blast and goosebumps. Must watch in theatre. Kudos to sanfeer and team for making a serious subject this much funnier. I give 8/10. Keep your brain outside the theatre and laugh like hell. Have Laughed So much After many days because of this movie . Totally Enjoyable Movie If you don't think so much .

I have been waiting for this movie so long and finally i watched it. Movie was so good in the genre from placement of song to giving screen space to each and every actors. And i loved Anil nedumangad acting he didn't go out of character for one second was fully focused in that character that was good. And Jubair muhammed score and songs were perfect. I loved the way director Sanfeer K giving screen space to everyone. And i so much loved remya nambeesan portrayal as villian was so good to see her back on track in mollywood. Awesome movie I loved it Worth for money. A totally worth watching movie in theaters.

RATED 9/10 Superb slow pace engaging movie with much needed social message...Enough twists are revealed at the regular intervals and the script keeps the viewers glue to the screen... The climax twist is ultimate and the message is most welcome...Despite its many narrative flaws, Peace ends up being an impactful watch because of the social message that it carries and ultimately portrays with nuance and subtlety. Must watch..Nevertheless it is engaging throughout and no matter how hard you try to find the twist you will end up getting surprised like never before ! Joju geore and Shalu Rahim are backbone of the movie.

1st thing to say screenplay and direction are too good. From very 1st scene you will be engaged to the story . For every 15-20 mins of story building there will be sudden thrilling scenes which make audiences keep on engaged with the story. The location are too good. Particularly the the shots in nigt are too awesome. I Was glued to the seat throughout the film. Superb sequences and fabulous plot development. Even though I watched with subtitles, it was a treat to the mind. Absolutely thrilled. Would love to watch again with my gang of friends. Great work by team. I hope they will come up with good story and great screenplay.

We love each and every characters like there are just 5 characters each and every character are portrayed very well and this movie has lot of comedy and thriller scenes and lot of emotional scenes. After long time, a peaceful and much thrilled movie.. Story, Screenplay and dialogues and technical team gave 100%. Very fresh story and interesting and composing scenes are soo good... This is a wonder of a movie. It's almost laugh a minute funny feel good film. It's what other current comedy movies but wanted to be but utterly failed. This will put a smile on your face for a long time. The thrilling scenes will leave a lump in your throat and that's a testament to the writing, direction and acting. The thought that's gone into every aspect of this film is just incredible. I could feel it myself and I can not, I do not see the flaws everyone else seems to see.. this movie was perfect in every sense.. loved it! Joju george, Anil nedumangad, Remya nambeesan, Shalu raheem performed their best. Hats off to the makers!

All actors performances was super and they keept the meter needed. Songs are incredible, Direction explored a new dimension. The screen play was Nice and cinematography also. We can easily relate with Main lead character. At this point in Malayalam cinema, we need more movies like that.
Overall it's a new story and director Sanfeer written screenplay very well. Captured many emotions in the story and release them one by one eventually. Interesting annd well hooked elements throughout the movie. Joju george & Ramya nambeesan played well.

Felt good to be back in theatres! Enjoyed throughout the whole film with lots of laughter. Been seeing a lot of people saying that the movie was dragging. But I didnt feel that the movie was lagging. It was going pretty quickly as you enjoy the comedy and mass scenes. Sanfeer has delivered another Comedy in mollywood. Joju nailed it and most importantly Anil nedumanad and remya nambeesan brought the movie to the next level. Another good album and bgm by Jubair muhammed. A great family entertainer. Ed throughout. Don't look for logic sit back and enjoy the film. All were very apt in their roles. High expectations for Peace 2🔥.

Though it started with the police investigation thriller, the climax portion that makes me amazed. They have taken an absolutely out of box story and make it correct way to reach and make connect for the audience. Actual story revloves around the three immense characters that written well in the beginning itself. A great effort and that too not went in vein, thats the victory here. Of course there are some logical flaws with timeline but it still gripping and fascinating. Do watch it without expectations, it will give you a different experience. Just wow. Joju george, Anil Nedumangad, Asha sharath, Remya Nambeesan did their part well.

Sanfeer's directorial venture is a poignantly written and superbly executed satire under the guise of a good screenplay. Situational dialogues and sharp dialogues are among the film's notable positives. It also helps that actors continues their string of excellent performances, Joju George playing a character we couldn't imagine him do in his early days. Backing up the lead performance are fantastic feats from the entire supporting cast. The entire movie was highly engaging.... All the characters were absolutely stunning.... Director brilliance amazing. BGM is superb and Expecting more movies from the team.
