Great uplifting documentary about the power of nutrition and community

I just finished watched the film and I have to say what I delight it was to see a social program in the community helping people in a lasting way. The Kitchenistas are taught through cooking and nutrition classes the important connection that food has with health and along the way you get to see the bond that they share. I finished the film wanting to be a kitchenista myself!

Community wellness at its best

It was delightful to watch how a community comes together to support each of its members in the pursuit of wellness through healthier cooking. The quality time spent preparing a healthy meal nourishes not only the body but the soul as well. Kudos to the Kitchenistas!
