- The entire premise of the movie is Beavis and Butthead are trying to score with a female astronaut. It is played in a comical sense.
- Many sexual references and jokes throughout the entire film.
Violence & Gore

- There is one scene where Todd and his friends get decapitated and cut with knives. This is a relatively graphic scene, with blood spurting out of their necks, and a pool of blood surrounding the final victim
- There is a scene where Beavis gets his hand mangled in a in-sink food disposal, fingers nearly cut off and covered in blood.

- Typical Beavis and Butthead type language. If you watched the show, or the original movie, then you know what to expect. Nothing worse but at the same time, not any more mild.
- A few uses of "shit" throughout about 4-6 uses of the word.
- One use of "fuck you".
- "Dick" is said about 3 or 4 times during one scene.
