Enjoyable Entertainment
George Clooney and Julia Robert together again in this new rom-com. An entertaining and delightful movie with the predictable humor and dramatic bits, playful. The A-stars are cast as divorced parents who plot to stop the wedding of their daughter, attorney to be to a seaweed cultivator. A good way to briefly and necessarily escape all the realistic geo-economic-political intrigue of current events and be transported to a beautiful island beach with amazing sunsets. We deserve it. Both Clooney and Julia seem comfortable in their roles, bickering and playing off each other. The cultural setting and marriage ceremony stands out as refreshingly different.
