The whole point of the series - despite its fantasy setting - is joking with the wet dream of most males from 20 years to their deaths: dominating in a capitalist society and live on passive income.
Hilarious, cute, original and non PC at all. Best comedy anime series of the year so far.

EDIT: unfortunately the second half of the season is a disaster. Especially the writing goes right into nonsense&whatever territory. The total rating is 6-7.

Isekai but you have to work

Interesting series that blends the fantasy world with the critical and current situation of some corporations and multinationals. Despite the promising start after a few episodes there is a drop in quality both for the plot that returns to much more predictable tracks and for the graphics that worsen significantly (I have seen more moments where there was a still image even for 10 seconds)

Kinji Ninomiya is a NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training), who has amassed enough money through real-estate investment to fund a penthouse lifestyle without ever having to work. This changes when a portal suddenly transports him to a fantasy world where he quickly ends up enslaved to a mining company extracting crystals from a dungeon with a corporate power structure where workers are exploited. Desperate for a way out of the horrible situation, Kinji happens upon a chance of a lifetime to escape and begins to hatch a plan to get himself out of ever increasing circle of debt to the company and forms - the titular black company starting with Wanibe and Rim.
I recommend watching the subtitled original version as there is an important monologue in episode 3 that will make no sense due to change of a single word: 'performance' which was changed in the dub to 'merit'.
I am sure there will be other similar changes as is normal with Funimation writers when it comes to interjecting themselves into original Japanese artworks.
