Another Solid Episode

"Rules Of Engagement" continues to have a solid season three.

Plot In a Paragraph: Audrey (Megyn Price) tells Jeff (Patrick Warburton) that his new friend from the gym is gay, feeling uncomfortable he cancels a night out with him. Russell (David Spade) worries that his new girlfriend (Michelle Pierce) may be his daughter.

All the regular cast of "Rules Of Engagement" are firmly settled in their roles. Patrick Warburton still makes me smile as Jeff, and i'm still very attracted to Megyn Price. Oliver Hudson is still the sweet naive Adam, Bianca Kajlich still looks good as Jennifer and David Spade still gets the biggest laughs as Russell. But I was disappointed Adhir Kalyan didn't return as Timmy, Russell's new assistant from the previous episode, as I really liked his performance last time around.

Zingers

Audrey doesn't get many of the zingers but Megyn Price is expert at delivering them. At breakfast in the diner, Jeff is picking his teeth with the edge of a sugar packet. He's about to put the packet back in the holder and Audrey warns him that she will divorce him if he does that. He tries again and she shoots daggers from her eyes and says "I.divorce.you.". He puts the packet in his pocket and says "You won". She flashes another withering expression and says, "Did I?".

Just perfect.
