- The episode revolves around a battle in which most of the characters end up being hurt in one way or another, this includes dismemberment, bleeding and the forms are: explosions, cuts or shots.
- A Titan gets its nape slashed open with tons of blood spraying. A grenade is then dropped in its wound and blood explodes.
- A Titan gets its arm bitten off. We see the bloody stomp and then it's face gets scratched with blood spraying.
- A Titan with machine guns attached to it guns down multiple soldiers with blood and gore spraying.
- A machine gunner gets shot in the head
- A Titan gets its legs sliced off by a soldier. Both bloody stumps are shown and blood sprays.

Violence & Gore
- A Titan has both of its arms ripped off resulting in a lot of blood and the Titan screaming. A crystal (with a human inside) is then jammed into its mouth and another Titan uses it's mouth to break open the crystal. The Titan begs starts to beg the other Titan to stop, but eventually breaks the crystal, killing the Warhammer Titan and causing the main character to drink massive amounts of blood. This scene is extremely brutal and disturbing.
- A Titan tries to bite into a crystal cocoon and it breaks off all of its teeth. The Titans jaw is very bloody.
- A man I shot in the head with a rifle (aftermath shown) and then the team of soldiers he was with are all killed with missiles. We see each of them scream in pain as fire consumes them.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A very dark scene where a character causes a catastrophic explosion seen mostly from a distance. The resulting destruction is focused on and the viewer can see and hear children crying, multiple dead bodies of civilians.
- Against their own will, a titan's jaw is forcibly used to crush open a woman inside a crystal cocoon. During all of this he is begging and pleading for it to stop. Despite said character being a villain it is still very disturbing and hard to watch. One of the most brutal scenes in the entire series.
