- In the end, Greg and Rowley end up in a fight, but neither actually know how to fight as it just becomes an awkward situation in a surrounding of students.

- By the end, the teenagers return who arrive to the middle school and force Rowley to eat the molded cheese on the ground. Greg is almost the next to do so, but the coach eventually stops them.
