This BL series is just so refreshing to watch, it also tackles social issues and violence. The casts are awesome to watch, credit to the subtitles I manage to comprehend it. The MaxTul tandem has always been endearing since I last saw them in "together with me". BTW i watched it on WeTV.

Manner of death, I don't know why I took so long to watch this series because it is so so good!!
I mean it will keep you at the edge of your seat and make you want more and more. Definitely some things can be triggering for some viewers so please watch accordingly but if you are a crime, action fan then this series is for you.
It is not a mere BL that just focuses on the relationship of the protagonists but also has a very very beautiful story which portrays the political condition of some countries perfectly!
Altogether I think you should definitely give it a watch!!
I wish there can be a season 2 so that we can watch more of quality stuff like this but I don't know if that's gonna happen.
P. S. I've rated it a 9 RN because I saw it a while ago and some small flaws are obvious, but might change it to 10 in near future :)

Unlike any other BL I have watched this is definitely one for the books not an engineering student insight or a school setting which kind of threw me off in the beginning.. but I loved the fact that this drama was more mature and realistic.

Manner of death is the best surprise to myself...
MAXTUL wisk us away to a wonderland of true love with the support team keeping up the intense, exciting and funny storyline until your at the last episode begging for more...
The fairytale landscape of Thailand in a form I have never experienced in a non-fantasy show lets you escape into your own imagination... That last scene on episode 14 is the perfect example or Tan's beautiful home in the forest...
The music... Where do I begin! Wait, that'll take too long - just do yourself a favour: get the song from Tul Pakorn(Dr. Bun in the show) -Secret love and that will explain the level of epicness that this show and these boys-now-men have reached...
A must see for anyone who wishes to be surprisingly and exquisitely entertained...

The twist the turns, the acting, the chemistry. It's beautiful. It's amazing to see two actors engage in their roles so fluidly time and time again. MaxTul are amazing together and keep you coming back for new roles, new shows, new movies. Go watch and be on the edge of your set how I was. Enjoy.

From the kings of BL themselves MaxTul you absolutely have to watch this show! Gripping from start to finish with romance sprinkled in, it'll have you on the edge of your seat as you work the mystery out alongside the main characters!

It can be hard to compare shows like this to others because the genre is still developing, and unfortunately productions tend to focus too much on fan service and often shy away from meaningful depictions of, well, anything.
Manner of Death manages to do justice to it's mystery / crime plot, deliver well developed characters, explore (if briefly) issues around reproductive rights, familial duty, sexuality, and abuse at different levels of society - and still deliver on the more conventional expectations of the BL genre.
It's not perfect and the last few episodes betray a sharp turn toward the melodramatic, but by that point I was solidly invested and, honestly, grateful for the effort put into this series on all fronts that i could forgive it almost anything.
This series made some great strides for the genre and I hope newer productions follow it's lead.

Only a small point is really missing from complete perfection. Otherwise, Manner of death is a perfect drama worth watching. As already mentioned in one of the reviews, crime fiction and BL don't usually go together, but that's not the case with this work. The relationship, or whatever the characters had between them, fit perfectly into the plot and without it, it might not have worked, since the situations were specially adapted to the two main characters. Unfortunately, I did not understand the chemistry between them. There were moments, or maybe rather specific scenes, where it sparkled beautifully, but then there were those where I felt like Bun was keeping the distance and actually didn't want them to continue with the relationship. Maybe that was the goal, who knows, and maybe I just missed something, that's why I don't want to deduct a too many stars since that's really probably the only thing that bothered me about the series. The rest, the story, the plot, the interweaving, the development of the whole case... Everything fit together beautifully.
Incredibly suspenseful and thrilling without cringey sex scenes. Will appeal to both BL fans and straight viewers!

I was a Bright fan of BrightWin fame, then an OhmNanon fan, and now a fervent MaxTul fan all because I clicked on Together With Me (KornKnock) on YouTube. But Manner Of Death is incredible and on a totally new level. It's not the typical cliche BL series about school life. It's a suspense and thriller whose main protagonists happen to be two incredibly handsome, charming and suave men who fell in love at first sight and got caught up in a complicated murder mystery case. It's so good I binged on all 14 episodes in less than 2 days and crave for more - just like so many other viewers! And it's now showing in many countries and translated into many languages, and a new sequel series is coming up this year! Hope they have a new Manner Of Death season and a new Together With Me (KornKnock) season every year!

The story and its plot a bit confusing but you will get your answers episode after episode ! This is one of the best bl i have watched till now the acting story everything was amazing ! Love the last scene the proposal scene.
