Great movie!

I love this movie. It's my favourite of the three Octonauts movies (the others being the Great Barrier Reef + Caves of Sac Actun). Tweak and Kwazii in the OctoRepair Station is definitely my favourite part.

That being said, the Gup-Z feels a bit too gimmicky. I think the most obvious example of this is Tweak's 'engineer' moment to put out the fire in the repair station. However, moments like this don't bring down the quality of the movie for me - especially since this is a kids' movie.

This Octonauts movie was great, kept us all on the edge of our seats. I hope they keep making more of the standalone movies because we enjoy watching all of them.

Cute and creative buuuuut....

Absolutely loved how creative this movie is. It kept us on the edge of our seats and the music and sound effects were perfect. However, once their new gups turned into a power ranger/transformer it was quite an insult to this quality of the show. It kinda ruined the whole thing. We still love the movie but we'll ALWAYS skip that scene, it was just too much.

My daughter loves Octonauts (who am I kidding, so do I), and I am glad that they have started making more content. I love the TV show, but these movies have been great.

A great adventure for young viewers

This movie is highly entertaining to our four year old. I love that the film is adventurous and educational and shares the joy of work and the importance of helping others and the beauty of ocean life. The score is wonderful. How come I can't find the composer credited here? I love when this movie is on at our house.
