- I-no wears a bra which shows her cleavage.
- Ramlethal's outfit reveals the lower part of her chest and shows her uncovered leg. The rest of her chest is covered up. Also, the only lower clothes she wears is super short shorts that look like underwear. So it can be seen as suggestive to some.

- Mild violence but no extreme violence. No decapitation or mutilation of any sort. Some attacks use swords and various other weapons and can be intense. There is blood on some attacks but it's nothing too major.

- I-No, one of the playable characters, swears a lot in this game. Using words like bitch and shithead in battle.
- Mild swearing throughout, such as damn, shit, and crap.

- Faust's design in this game can be off-putting as he is unnaturally tall and slender, giving him a inhuman appearance. He also wears a paper bag on his head where only one red glowing eye can be seen through an open hole in the bag. When winning a match he clings onto the "screen" while moving in a unnatural fashion, before pausing to stare at the player in a small jumpscare of sorts. Lastly, he talks in a very creepy out of breath manner and uses a scalpel to attack opponents.
