- The Deep is forced by Homelander to eat an alive octopus that claims is his friend. The scene is darkly comedic but a bit disturbing considering Homelander's behaviour.
- Hughie asks Kimiko to break his arm and she does so a bit hesitantly. Pretty graphic.
