Whilst in the Gorge, Anya Taylor-Joy's rifle alternates between a 7.62x39 AK pattern rifle and a 5.45x39 AK pattern rifle.

The towers are too far apart to see what is happening in each tower without binoculars, yet there are many moments when Levi & Drasa are looking, reacting and communicating to each other without using them.

When Levi and Drasa exchange rifle shots across the gorge, they hit the canteen and champagne bottle, but don't hit the glass front of each tower directly behind each of them.

Helicopter winch cables are metal wire and can't simply be cut with a knife.

When Levi first sees Drasa through the binoculars she is using a chainsaw. When she realizes he's watching her she puts the chainsaw back onto the log and continues to saw. When operating a chainsaw, you never put the saw onto the wood first and start to cut. You start the saw first and then lower the chainsaw to the wood, otherwise you would risk injuring yourself, not to mention the saw jumping or getting stuck in the wood.

When Levi pulls out the IV, it is obvious the needle was lying on top of the skin & no injection site. Also, if this was an actual IV, without compression on top of the injection site, upon removal of the IV needle, blood would start draining from the injection site. He just pulls it off, no blood, and just throws it to the side.

When Drasa is playing records on her birthday she pulls out the first Ramones LP, a 12" vinyl record, but the record she actually puts on the turntable is the 7" single version of Blitzkrieg Bop.

While ascending from the gorge Levi's right foot in injured, it is seen after they make it to tower and its wrapped and he is limping on it.. later in the movie when he is running away he is dragging his left foot instead.

The observation platforms of both towers are on balconies which would create huge blind-spots under them. Their only role is defend against attacks from below so this makes no sense. The design of the Western would also be almost certain to have collapsed after 80 years without maintenance in those conditions.

Drasa's machine gun is seen firing red tracer ammunition. Russian tracer ammo glows green and red is more closely associated with western aligned nations.

Levi stabs a jerrycan to release the propane in it. It falls out as a liquid.

A jerrycan cannot hold propane as a liquid unless it is cooled to below minus 42 degrees Celsius, the boiling point of propane. At normal temperatures it is only a liquid under very high pressure. The jerrycan would've bulged out and ruptured or exploded. When it did rupture, the propane would exit as a high pressure gas.

Weirdly enough there visibly is a gas container in the back of the Jeep that holds the jerrycan. That could've held the propane.

During the initial attack neither Levi or Drasa use the aiming devices on their heavy machine guns yet both hit the attacking creatures with pinpoint accuracy despite them being out of normal visual range.

The film they watch says a date of 1946 and mentions molecular DNA binding between species. At that date there would be no way to test DNA or see differences between species and the double helix was not discovered until 1953.

The film is clearly set in the present day or in the near future. (exists google, drones, modern computers)

Lithuania left the "Eastern Bloc" in 1990 and from 2004 is a member of the EU and NATO, and politics reflects definitely a "Western Bloc" country.

When ascending from the gorge, they seemingly climb the rope the rest of the way after cutting the vehicle away. How come the sentry turrets didn't target them? One could assume they remained out of sight of the laser sensors, but if that were the case then the creatures could easily avoid the lasers as well.

There is a river flowing out of the gorge that would be heavily contaminated with the toxin and rendering all local containment pointless.

It's been almost 80 years since the accident yet the leaks are still producing huge quantities of material. They would have stopped within seconds, minutes or at most hours.

Despite both towers apparently being almost completely unreachable they both somehow receive regular deliveries of ammunition, fuel for stoves, chainsaws. etc, large amounts of new technology, batteries, etc., etc. The Eastern side even gets wine, music, giant notepads and visits from a piano-tuner.

The guards are briefed on the STRAYDOG fail safe and told to run if an alarm sounds. It's later revealed that the countdown is too short to survive without a head start before it even sounds.

It makes no sense to brief people you already intend to murder on pointless emergency evacuation procedures regarding a weapon they don't even need to know exists.

Early in the show, Miles Teller's character salutes the Marine colonel in the office twice. Marines do not salute in civilian clothes, they do not salute uncovered, and they do not salute indoors, so he's 0 for 3. As a retired Marine, his character would know better.

Drasa is seen playing Christmas carols to herself during December, implied to be Christmas Eve or Christmas night.

A 28-year-old raised in the Russian Federation would have grown up celebrating Christmas on the 7th of January instead of December 25th.

Levi uses a phonetic alphabet when verifying the security code. He uses "Theta" and "Omega" which are not part of the standard U.S. Military phonetic alphabet. As a retired U.S, Marine, he should have said "Tango" and "Oscar".
