The previous reviewer said it was not a new episode. Well it is to most of us. It was preempted last week with the insurrection in DC. It should have been on last week, but wasn't. So yes it is new. Great episode BTW.

All these poor reviews about CF being a 'soap opera'. Hey, they're working in the middle of an ACTUAL crisis, like, you know, the pandemic. They're giving you the best they can under the circumstances of 2020 and 2021, for goodness sake. Stop whining. They're bringing to the fore important Life points that, yes, mostly have to do with relationships. We're all struggling to figure out How to Do Our Family and Friend Relationships during this pandemic and economic crises. Sheesh!

I must agree, the soap opera parts are wearing me down. I like the action, but it is the same basic formula every week. This will they, won't they has rapidly become a who's cares. The two women discussing 'the kiss' was reminiscent of my high school days. Not sure I can take much more.

This series never disappoints!! It just gets better and better every episode! Every episode, every scene is so heartfelt and that's exactly what makes it such an amazing and unique show!

Ok, Brett and Casey back and forth is one thing, but Kidd and Severide AGAIN? We had enough of that with Dawson and Casey. Could really do without more of it. Less talk more action please.

One single action scene this episode. If I don't start getting more action and less soap opera, I'll be removing CF from my viewing schedule. I thought it'd be a transition to more action when Gabby left. Unfortunately, it's even less action now.
