Beautiful in its simplicity. Great music that, from my untrained ear, actually sounds like it's not pre-recorded. Fantastic mixture of classics and new original songs. Highly recommended.

I gave 1 star for her voice which is beautiful and 1 star for the dresses which were also pretty. But it was a boring special. She didn't take one step during the whole concert - she just stood completely still. And she's void of any personality. Wasn't as fun as I thought it would be.

Love Carrie Underwood but this is not one of the more entertaining Christmas specials you will ever see. One slow, mostly religious song after another. Humorless. One highlight is the Drummer Boy duet with her son which is charming. Carrie's vocals will see you through but chances are you could nod off.
