- Various bloody gunshot wounds are dealt to humans as well as humanoid mutant creatures.
- Multiple soldiers killed during a monster attack. Some soldiers are swatted around with blood splatters, and one soldier in particular has his lower jaw ripped off.
- A woman gets a bloody gash in her side that is later seen in occasional close up as its being treated.
- A creature is put on a table and cut open for an autopsy and some of its organs are removed.

- A man sacrifices himself by throwing himself at a creature while holding a live grenade. We only see the blood splatter from the explosion until after the fact with the man a bloody mess and missing an arm. He's alive briefly after this, but quickly succumbs to his wounds.
- Dead bodies in various states of decay in a dark room where the creatures have been hiding. One creature is briefly seen eating the remains of one of the bodies.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A man performs an autopsy on a mutant creature who is later revealed to still be alive when it suddenly sits up on the table and attacks. Probably the most effective scare in the film.
