Since winning the UK X-Factor in 2011, Little Mix have become one of the most iconic girl groups of all time. This film captures the final night of the LM5 Tour in support of the girl's fifth studio album. If I had to some up the show in one word it would be: empowering. The girls bring their inspiring words of sisterhood through interludes celebrating feminine energy, activism and standing strong together. I was especially moved by their monologue before "Woman's World" in which the girls discuss their mothers. Emotion was in no short supply, particularly when they slow things down to deliver ballads like "Secret Love Song, Pt II". It's also jam packed with energy, the girls kill it at the dance routines, "Wasabi" and "Touch" were both stand out moments for me. A must watch for any Little Mix fan.
