- In one episode their is an artwork shown of a woman with bare breasts but not explicit at all and can be missed easily.
- Vincenzo is seen shirtless in the first episode when taking an shower. No Nudity whatsoever.
- Some shirtless scenes and Passionate kissings however nothing is sexual at all
- In episode 8, it is said that a man is a homosexual. Vincenzo seduces him in the storyline. No nudity
Violence & Gore

- The series is mafia-themed with most of the main characters being murderers. There are lots of blood when they kill people.
- Vincenzo kills people by shooting them, usually in the head. A lot of blood is present in these scenes.
- Vincenzo tortures a man by choking him, removing his thumbnails, and punching him multiple times until his entire face is covered with blood. The man is later seen running with an extremely damaged and bloody face, while Vincenzo is chasing him. Vincenzo kills the man by shooting him in the chest and later in the head, with blood spurting in another character's face.
- Vincenzo gets a dream of some of the killings he has done in the past. The sequence contains a lot of blood, murders, dead bodies, torturing, choking, and cutting of body parts.
- Their is Infrequent violence in the show. Some episodes barley contain any violence at all. Vincenzo uses both guns and hand-to-hand combat. The show doesn't have many graphic violence scenes. It's mostly just bloodspurting. Their is in fact a torture scene but it's not graphic at all it's just the victim's face covered in blood.
- A lot of kidnappings and threatening, albeit some are done in comedic fashion.
Profanity

- Vincenzo often swears, although it's mostly in Italian.
- Vincenzo uses the italian curse word "Cazzo" often, In english it means fuck but in subtitles they toned it down to Damn it.
- there is not much cursing. Korean curse words are toned down in the subtitles.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Characters often drink but only to celebrate something.
- One episode is focused on stopping a group of people trying to produce drugs as medicine.
- Some people smoke sometimes. Vincenzo has a lighter and plays with it allot but doesn't smoke frequently. He is shown smoking in one of his flashbacks.
- Drinking scenes are fairly frequent. The characters often bond through drinking and drink after a major event.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The main characters in this series consist of anti-heroes, anti-villains, and full-fledged villains. They have questionable moralities and are willing to kill people whether it's needed or it's just for fun. Their scenes, characteristics, and personalities can be disturbing to some viewers.
- Last episode was the most brutal.

- Long kissing scenes twice (mid season and ending).

- Jang Han-seok / Jang Joon-woo violently beats a person to death with a hockey stick. A lot of blood spurts on the characters' faces.
- Last episode had torturous killing of the villains.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Jang Han-seok / Jang Joon-woo is a very disturbing character. He violently kills people and shows no remorse for his actions.
- The scene where Vincenzo tortures and ultimately kills his mother's murderer is very disturbing and violent.
