Joel D. Wynkoop is one of the hardest working actors in the indie horror world, having appeared in over 50 films. He is the John Carradine of horror films. Towards the beginning of the decade, he experienced a resurgence in film work and racked up one credit after another. The 80's and 90's saw him working infrequently, though one of his more well known films is Truth or Dare: Screaming For Sanity. I had the chance to ask him a few questions about his career. Creature Productions Inc. -- who brought us Grub and Dark Dimensions -- announced that the followup to their 2007 anthology, Tidbits of Terror will be available this Halloween (2009). The film features four short stories with a connecting story written by Nicola Cuti (Captain Cosmos, creator of E-man). The first of four films to be included on the Tidbits of Terror II anthology is entitled, Shaawanokie. This modern day monster movie brings new meaning to the urban legend of the skunk ape in the Florida Swamps. Directed by Ryan Workman of Hindsight Digital (Web of Darkness, Dark Dimensions).
