- A marine falls through a collapsed floor onto barded wire, and is caught in it for an extended period of time. He is in a lot of pain and continues to bleed out after other marines cut him down.
- A woman falls into a chasm. She later wakes up to find herself submerged in a large pool of blood and gore.

- If fast enough, the player can inject an injured marine with morphine.
